Product Care

Proper care helps maintain the appearance, fit and sealing performance of your Tourdeus storage products. Care instructions vary by material, so always review the individual product page and packaging before cleaning.

AS Pantry Containers

• Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water
• Use a soft sponge or non-abrasive cloth
• Avoid dishwashers, sterilizers, boiling water and high heat
• Do not place near ovens, stovetops or other heat sources
• Allow the container, lid and sealing ring to dry completely before reassembly
• Check that the silicone sealing ring is correctly seated before closing the lid
• Avoid using sharp tools that could scratch the clear container body

Cleaning the Pop-Top Lid

Remove detachable components only when the product instructions allow it. Wash the lid gently and make sure all internal areas are fully dry before reassembly.

If the lid does not seal correctly, check that:

• The sealing ring is clean
• The sealing ring is installed evenly
• No food particles are trapped around the seal
• The lid is aligned correctly with the container

Coffee Canisters

• Review the individual product instructions before cleaning
• Clean glass components with mild soap and water
• Avoid sudden temperature changes that may damage glass
• Clean the valve area carefully without using sharp objects
• Allow the lid, valve and sealing components to dry completely
• Do not store coffee until all components are fully dry

Formula Containers

• Clean and dry the container before adding dry formula powder
• Follow the material-specific care instructions shown on the product page
• Keep the scoop holder and leveling area clean and dry
• Avoid storing the container near heat, steam or excessive moisture
• Do not place a wet scoop inside the container

General Storage Guidance

• Use each container for its intended storage purpose
• Avoid overfilling the container
• Do not force the lid closed
• Store containers on stable, level shelves
• Inspect sealing rings and lid components regularly
• Replace damaged components before continued use
